He currently serves as an executive at Nexus Ventures, the venture capital arm of Nexus Innovations Capital, where he leads operational diligence and portfolio optimization across investments in artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and emerging deep tech. Gonzalez plays a central role in evaluating transformative technologies, scaling founder operations, and aligning strategy with sustainable growth.

As President of JLM & S Enterprises, Gonzalez advises on mergers, acquisitions, and post-integration execution, overseeing strategy, capital planning, and operational alignment.
